Clean and innovative design of rooms, love that it was connected to Embassy Suites, amazing rooftop bar! This hotel is definitely elevated for the area. Great full breakfast bar included!
The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. and staff at hotel were all friendly and helpful. It had many amenities we enjoyed such as the fire pits and green Space. We really enjoyed out stay.
The pool bar didn’t open until 3:00. There is no lunch served on the property, only dinner. We had to DoorDash food. It just seemed like at an upscale hotel on a Saturday that the pool bar would open at noon and a limited lunch menu would be available.
staff was very help.full in pool area amd Breakfast area. Guest service can be imrove by Asking which Floor # level would.like stay in . Teen child does noy require Handycap shower
Room was huge and pretty clean but we still found some trash under the end tables and some stains on the sheets. The sheets were clean but had some stains that looked like makeup or maybe food.
Other than that the rooftop bar was amazing and the rest of the hotel was beautiful, clean and smelled amazing. Lots of parking and close to everything but far enough away that it was quiet.
The room was nice but we constantly had water on the floor from the AC that was in a corner closet. They came twice but did not get it fixed while we were there.
The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathrooms I did not care for. They were kind enough to switch rooms for us because the exhaust fan didn’t work in our first room but then it didn’t work in the second bathroom either. The bathrooms are not private at all. There is still a gap in the door when closed as they are barn style doors that slide and you can hear the person in the restroom, not a pleasant experience as I was complete privacy when using the restroom.
Rooms were clean, the gentlemen at the front was awesome! But checking in is horrible you have to go to the embassy suits beside it to check in. We came back from Dollywood and the key wouldn’t work so had to go back to the embassy suits and redo them. It’s a mess. The parking spots are very small too. Once you get in it’s hard to open your doors and get out.
