Cute home perfect location located close to main road. We ran into bad weather while driving down and didn’t get to the house until 2am I wasn’t able to get in cause direction for code is wrong sent message to owner he called within 2 mins very quick response very attentive. Will definitely stay again, highly recommend!

Pool was closed due to the later summer season. Home is located in a great location and neighborhood. However, it is not the cleanest, no hot water in kitchen, plants growing in gutter in back and not draining. Rails at entry are a fall hazard. Home needs updates. The dryer is on it last legs. Have to run it forever to dry clothes.

We were very comfortable and enjoyed plenty of space at this location which is in a quiet neighborhood not far from activities. It was clean overall but could use extra attention to dust accumulation in window sills and blinds and some extra cleaning for the bathtub tile in the master bathroom. All but one skillet had teflon damage as well. These were minor issues, though, and something I hope is helpful to the owner who was attentive and welcoming!

Great Location/Quiet and Relaxing

The home is in a great location, good neighborhood for relaxing. Needs some attention to interior, carpet stains look like previous pet stains, walls need painting. Water pressure is terrible. Outside rails are very loose and need to be repaired. They wabble. Flower bed has lots of poison ivy or poison oak. We did enjoy the stay regardless of all this but would like to see improvements.

House was very easy to find. It was very clean and VERY convient to everything. The only problem was that the large bathroom with the jet tub was unusable. Most of us are older and we were not able to get in that tub/shower.. The shower head was so high, no one could reach it or adjust it. So actually no One used that tub or shower. Other than that, everything was fine! I would suggest replacing that tub with a walk in shower. Adding some bars would also help.

Just a six minute drive to the Leconte Convention Center and the Island. Nice house quiet neighborhood and if you know anything about Pigeon Forge, this house offers level parking area 😂 would definitely recommend this house

We've stayed there several years but it's getting dated, bathrooms need redoing and more handicap bars on that big garden tub. Den furniture worn pretty bad and one recliner base is broken but we still like to stay there for rod run!
