This cabin was supposed to sleep 11 people however the foldout couch in the basement is completely broken down and cannot be used even by a small child. There is also a blood stain on the mattress. The cabin’s furnishings are worn. It is in a convenient location.

The property was nice. The setting is not actually in the mountains like we usually do. It was nice to have each bedroom on a separate floor. However, the floors are extremely squeaky causing problems for the people staying in the bedroom on the main floor. The grill is dangerous! Overall, there was plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 kids. We had a nice get-away.

We had a very nice stay at ER1. The cabin felt very homely and it was very clean and well kept. It was conducive for a family of 11. The kids really enjoyed the game room and the projector and big screen. The rooms were spacious and decorated very nicely. The balcony views were nice as well. The kitchen had updated appliances and everything worked too. I would definitely recommend staying in the ER1 cabin
