Room was great, very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly. I ended up on second floor since hotel was full so view was not great but overall it was a great place to stay and would love to stay there again.

The hotel itself is beautiful. Our room was very nice and the beds were pretty comfortable. We did find lots of loose hair that did not belong to us on the sheets and all over the shower floor and the crevices of the shower walls. We were only there for one night so we didn't want to ask for anything, we just dealt with it. I'm sure the hairs belong to those who clean the rooms, not from a previous guest. So it would be worthwhile for a second person to check the rooms over once they are cleaned and before the next check in to make sure everything is neat and tidy/hairless. The location is very convenient and the holiday decorations were beautiful.

Sure! Here’s a review based on your experience: We had an amazing stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Pigeon Forge! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the property itself was well-maintained. It’s in a perfect location- close to all the attractions but still peaceful and quiet for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

All good except for the shower. The water pressure was terrible and the water was not hot. Luke warm at max... might have just been my room. Otherwise the hotel is amazing. If you want a decent view. Probably go higher that 2nd floor. We could only see the carpark.
