This is an older motel and they are working to improve it and I commend that. Staff very friendly. Great place to stay and even though there is a go cart track next door, the noise is very minimial in the room. Very pleased with this motel and have booked it again for a date later in the year. Very convenient to everything
We had a deluxe king room. The room was clean although the bathroom could use some updates. (The light switches were installed upside down so it was the reverse of what we expected to turn the lights on or off) The locks on the door were rather old and used a real key to open the door. We could see light coming in under the door. The bed was comfortable and the heater worked really good. The tv was nice with many stations. We never could figure out how to use the internet , we did not know where the code was to access the WiFi, they should have made that more clear at check in. They are short staffed and the lobby has limited staff hours. Overall, not a bad place, it just needs some improvements.
The room needs updating, some things need to be repaired. Carpet was old and worn. The bathroom was also old looking. Water pressure was very low. The locks on the door were poor and used a single key (not card key like most motels now use). Our stay was ok for the price we paid, but overall needs some improvements.
The jacuzzi tub was nice after all the walking.

Very disappointing. Staff rarely on site. Not enough towels for length of stay. 1 coffee pack per our 4 day stay even though 2 people in room. Light above vanity did not work. Chair in room had ripped upholstery. Pool not maintained. Would not recommend.
The place was filthy. The bathroom walls were rotting in places. It smelled and we killed a roach climbing up the wall. Very low class place. Convenient and a nice ataff.
Spacious room proximity to places
If you are looking for a basic hotel in a good location in Pigeon Forge for one night, this place will do. Was clean, no bugs, beds comfortable, pillows cheap, sheets clean, bed covers torn and burnt, sitting chair ripped. But just your typical cheap hotel, nothing special but nothing horrible about it.
It was ik it was outdated and the 1st room we had was very outdated rhe second room was better.
The room could have been cleaned better. The floor felt like it had not been mopped in awhile and the bathroom needed a good cleaning as well.

No elevators and room on third floor,needed to bring your dirty towels to lobby to get clean towels, pool green , looked disgusting from window,not open at 8 am for discharge,

Hello,Thank you for the review. You should have been informed upon check in that there is no housekeeping, but we have all the extra towels, and any supplies you need in the office. There is also a sign on the counter when you check in. I am so sorry for any inconveniences. Thank you!
