We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to Gatlinburg and the GSMNP, as the hotel is located at the eastern edge of town. The property is dated and not perfectly maintained but, for the rate, is an excellent value. The room was clean and the staff friendly and professional. I would definitely stay again.

Bugs!

You get what you pay for, with a souvenir bedbugs infestation included. Killed 6 in total. 4 we're in the bed with me and my 2 year old. 2 my husband found. We stayed 2 nights total of the 3 paid. Slept with the lights on in hopes they wouldn't come out. Stayed up all night watching my baby. This is really the only part you need to know about this place. But I will add, rooms are clean enough. There were black stains on every single towel and washrag. Some kind of splatter on the back of the bathroom door. Black mold on the showers ceiling. The showerhead also sucked. Water was good. Lady at front desk friendly. Very affordable. I chose pay at property through Hotels.com. They charged my card at check-in at 3pm before we even got there. We didn't actually check-in until 930pm.

Tv frizzing bad, water doesn’t go down well amusement center next doo somehow louder than last time, tried to get adjoining rooms but when we called hotel told us to call Expedia and Expedia said it was down for that, once here we were told Expedia doesn’t know what they’re doing. Still last year everything was good I think it’s just this room. Still convenient and decent nice staff friendly. Would try it again

The room was OK, it had a funky smell to it, but I mean that’s not what I expect at a motel, there was a bug crawling around the bathroom, which was nasty, the pants on the walls was peeing and the your remote was dusty.

No complaints. I didn't need staff services, but when I asked a few questions they were pleasant and helpful. This is a low price motel, so I didn't expect expensive amenities. Rather than complaints / criticisms, a couple of suggestions: -- Put a "living room" type chair in the room so there's a comfortable place to sit. -- Brighter / more light(s) would be nice -- Install some kind of vent in the bath area so the entire room doesn't get damp after a shower. That said, still no real complaints given the price.

Every thing was great.The service was great.The only thing we found that was less than excellent was the beds.They were so hard we could not get a good night being comfort in sleeping on them.My sister had to sleep sitting up while we were there because the beds were so hard.

We booked because many of the reviews on here were highly rated. Location was good as far as the distance to dining, entertainment and shopping. However, unfortunately, we will not return. We had booked two weekends in a row, but have cancelled this next weekend. There is a go cart track with music and a loud speaker next door. Our room was on the 2nd floor of the back building so it didn’t bother us. If you are in the backside of the first building it may be a bad situation for anyone with little ones or early bedtimes. Upon entering, the room was musty and in dire need of updates. The furniture was likely from the mid 80s. To include the beds/mattresses. The pillows were cheap and thin. It was also immediately obvious it was Not clean. Mind you, we are not uppity about hotels. We love a good value as long as it’s clean. We’ve stayed in many dated, small hotels during our travels. This was absolutely not that. There was a lot of dust on all light fixtures. The phone was so filthy that I likely would not have even used it in an emergency.Dirt and dust around the sink edges. Actual blood drops dripping dried on the wall by the bed. There was black mold/mildew on the shower head and the tile above it. The tile where the fan was located was sagging and the fan didn’t sound like it should be run. We were only there one night, so we decided to forgo showering. We just couldn’t.There was water damage along the walls in the bathrooms. Reinvest $ in the property.It could be nice!
