Wonderful facility! Close to the heart of everything while still providing a suburb feel. 2 pools, basketball court, area safe for small children, Laundry in condo and spacious enough to sleep 8-10 comfortably. Super easy check in. Owner sent an info sheet with door code and essentials and responded with in 15 mins to any text.First time using Vrbo and if this is how easy and hassle free the experience is, I will only use them from now on. Great time!

Was Everything We Wanted

We were looking for a place central to everything Pigeon Forge had to offer while also being a home away from home. This was definitely it. Cozy, clean, critter free, and had the right amenities to make the stay pleasurable and memorable. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed the convenience of the location and the immaculate condition of the property.

Six adults resided at the property for one night. Everyone slept well and enjoyed the accommodations. Then my Wife and I resided at the property alone for the remainder of stay in Pigeon Forge. I would rent this property again for another future stay.

Cleanliness & Maintenance Issues

Check in was fairly easy upon arrival. We arrived to a not so clean place. Blood stains on the master sheets, carpets are filthy with huge stains, laminate floors were sticky, under kitchen sink was filthy & cabinet door was hanging off, no sheets for the pull out bed, only a cigarette burned mattress cover which wasn’t clean, 2 extra blankets were provided but weren’t clean. Lights, top of refrigerator & blinds had 2” of dust on them. Trash behind dressers. Bedside tables weren’t wiped down. Sinks clogging just to brush your teeth. We had to re wash all sheets & clean the room upon arrival. I took over 30 photos of the condition of the room & notified the host upon checking out & was told no others have had my experience & I should’ve notified while staying there. I didn’t want cleaners in my room after checking in, plus it needs a lengthy cleaning. I sent photos & videos of my findings. We were only staying 2 nights. This room has been neglected for a while & needs a deep cleaning.

Family Summer Trip

The property location was awesome! We loved how close it was to everything! The check in process was really smooth and it’s always nice to be able to just walk right in without having to stop at a desk or hotel lobby. We had 7 in our party and there was plenty of room. The property owners are super easy to get a hold of as well. We definitely would stay here again :)

Spring Break

We were very pleased With our stay at Mt View condos. We have tried cabins and other condos. This one by far outstands them all. The grounds on the complex are immaculate. They have a walking track with porch style swings. Now that the weather is warmer. There is also corn Hole, a playground and indoor pool that is open year around. There is an outdoor pool open May to October.

Convenient to everything!

Property as described by owners. They are very communicative if needed. Simple check in and out. Nice relaxing atmosphere at the resort. No adjacent stoplight but we found it very easy to go wherever needed. Will definitely stay again and refer to others. Thank you for sharing the relaxing condo that our family enjoyed!

What a Bargain

We loved the location of the property. It was right in the middle of a lot of attractions and things to do. The owner of this condo was very easy to contact and was very responsive to communication. We found a few maintenance items with the condo that the owner did not know about and he was very appreciate for the information. These items did not impact our stay as they were very minor. The condo is very spacious and tastefully decorated. There are plenty of pillows and blankets and a very well stocked kitchen. We would definately stay here again.

Just a great place. Exactly what everyone looks for in Pigeon Forge condos. Location is great, nice pool, hot tub, and indoor pool. It has a jacuzzi in the master bath.

Wonderful and Family Friendly

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property. It was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The check in process was very easy and communication with owner was beyond great. He always returned my texts immediately. I would most definitely and without hesitation recommend this unit for families. Safe neighbor and close to everything in Pigeon Forge/Sevierville/Gatlinburg area. The pool and hot tub commons area was a nice addition. It also has a very nice playground for the younger children. 5 stars for our family stay! Thank you for providing a great vacation for my family.
