Overall nice hotel, room is spacious and nice, but the mattress was used and very bad, therefore i would not book there again. The staff at the pool restaurant were very nice, the security guy in the parking lot was very rude all the time during his night shift.

The hotel's breakfast was good. We stayed for 2 nights, our room was cleaned every day, and having a shuttle to the beach was great; they take you there at certain times and bring you back to the hotel. It would be even better if they had a shuttle available in the evenings. The hotel is far from the center, and the path isn't suitable for walking. The pool was also enjoyable and nice. Thank you.

This hotel was promoted as having parking available, be careful especially during high season as there are probably not more than 12 parking spots and the hotel is located in a very small Soi (street) where there is no on road parking. Access to Kata beach is very limited as the hotel shuttle only runs every two hours and does not run after 6:30pm. The beaches are not walking distance.
