I really liked the hotel. The only problem is that it doesn't have elevators, so we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs. The location is very central, and you can walk down the main avenue without any problems because it's a very safe place.

Loved this Hotel. The staff were fantastic, warm, extremely helpful and nothing was a problem. Especially Sao & the girls in the bar & kitchen. Highly recommend staying here.

Its good value for money. The place is tidy. Air Conditioning works well. The biggest complaint we had there was a sewerage smell coming through the shower drain, which was quite bad. But still the value is very good.

That was our second visit in Sun Hill Hotel. And again we met with very friendly and helpful staff. Food always was fresh and delicious. Very close to every attractions of Patong.

What a great stay at the Sun Hill Hotel. If I were to come back to Pa Tong I would stay again. Friendly staff, good restaurant, nice walk to the main strips (10mins) quiet, large, clean rooms. Great size chilled pool area and well priced for the high season (New Years) can’t think of anything negative - all positive! Thank you for looking after us! :)

Great little hotel.

Second time here at sun hill, nice hotel in every way, lovely pool, pleasant staff, owner is very hands on and only to willing to give advice. Slight thing for me at my age now is it's a little far from beach and night life, but taking motor bike taxi in the end to the beach.

Great hotel, quiet and not too far from the action

Located on Nanai Rd, a popular area, this hotel ticked all the boxes for us. Lovely, friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms, nice swimming pool and breakfast included all for an amazingly low rate. It was low season, granted so it is cheaper and quieter but we will definitely be staying there again.

Quiet, not to far from anything

You get what you pay for. Because we booked on short notice our usual hotel wasn't available. We booked Sun Hill, We were pretty happy with it. They allowed us a late checkout (4pm) at no charge. Bit of a language barrier at the restaurant. Pool could use a proper clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. WiFi was very good. Not where we would usually stay but if you are on a budget we would highly recommend it.

Disappointing hotel

Was meant to stay a week, left after the first night. Room did not supply toiletries, kettle or facilities and tv was not working. Requested a kettle; did not receive. The floors was so dirty and had not been clean that we had to clean the floors ourselves, bathroom looked old and curtains, bedsheets, basin had stains. The room was not secure, could not lock door from inside the room, the lock was altered and for some reason had paper lodged into it. The area itself felt as though it was in a red district, felt unsafe as there was prostitution, rowdy bars and wasn’t very welcoming. It was abit out of reach from what’s to see too, disappointing hotel which did you deliver according to the overview.

Nice hotel in strategic plece in Patong

We spent lovely 10 days in Sun Hill Hotel. It was enough close to the beach by walk and all atraction in Patong. We didn't aspect big luxury room or hotel with the 5 star service and restaurant but it was pleasure to stay in this lovely hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean every day and enough big for cople like us. Breakfast was simple but always fresh and delishes.
