Good apartment, Only accepts cash.
The apartment/furniture is in nice shape and roomy, pool is nice. It's around 1,5 km to walk to the beach, takes ca 20 minutes if walking slow with children, half of the way on a calm street, half of the way on busy road in Karon.
Internet is working so-so, not very fast and sometimes there are interruptions, OK for skype and facebook.
There is no credit card machine at property, only cash payment. In Thai ATM:s there is a fee of 180-200 baht per withdrawal on top of the eventual fee from your bank, most ATMs permit max 20000 baht per withdrawal, there is probably also a limit of foreign withdrawals per day from your bank. Carefully plan how you will pay, remember that there is a deposit of 10000 baht (or to leave your passport which is NEVER recommended).

Appartements bien équipés et propres !
Très bon choix à karon, personnel sérieux et disponible même pour un Checkout très tôt le matin. Cuisine très vue équipée, et appartement très spacieux et propres .personnel sympathique et à l'écoute, je recommande !
