Nice little hotel, close to the beach and night markets. Overall a clean little hotel with the basics mainly great. Hot water in showers was a little frustrating though. Overall very happy with our stay.

Great location very close to, but still off, the main drag and just ten minutes to the beach. The staff was friendly and it was clean- I felt it was a good value, although the bed was a little hard for my taste. The cafe was nice too- overall a solid place to stay. The wifi was strong as well- I had a meeting via skype with no problems.

stayed 10 nights. very good - cleaning, location, room comfortable, quiet, beach nearby. not good - only one key, staff unhelpful about giving second key so found local key cutter. sharing pool with local divers! first night wasnt good as no hot water. overall, happy after bumpy start. would stay again.

Great location in central Kata.

Great value for money. Great location - can walk to beach, night market, restaurants and bars. Comfortable room and facilities. In-room WiFi could be a little better, but overall, not too bad.

Excellent Budget hotel

We have stayed at this hotel many times a) because we like the facilities b) its cleanliness c) quiet area d) great price. Little things, normal wifi (no secondary login screen), huge fridge, power stays on when you leave the room so you can charge your phone/tablet.

We stayed here as a last minute booking and wanted a place with a pool. It's OK value for money if that's what you're looking for. Disappointed as soon as we got to the back-packer style reception area, then led to the room, which was up 3 flights of the steepest stairs. Everything in the room was worn out, old & depressing. The wifi is poor. The small pool has a tiny area around it to sit and it faces the street where people are constantly passing! Also, the place is divided into 2 buildings. Your room may be in another building down the road, across the street, so if you want to go to the pool you have to go up/down some more steep stairs, cross the road again. Best thing about it is its close to the market area. There are better places to stay for similar price. It's more a 2-star, than 3.

Our stay

We had a great time in Kata with friends the hotel was situated in a nice quiet part but close enough to all bars restaurants and beaches. The hotel room was very nice size but there was not much storage we had extra bed in room but if this had not been there maybe more storage for clothes would have been better. The staff were very friendly and helpful and rooms cleaned daily would stay again

Short romantic break 2015

It is a nice little place, in a nice location. The beach is about a 10 minute walk away. It has a nice little pool, but only a few sun beds. Parking facilities were ample as we had rented motorbikes... Not sure about car spaces. The rooms were cleaned everyday and included cable TV, fridge, wardrobe, balcony with table and 2 chairs, and a hot/cold shower. We stayed on the top floor and unfortunately had a few drops of rain coming through a spot on the ceiling when the rain was really heavy. The wifi was a little slow, even though there were routers on each floor. The food was nice, but was a little slow in coming..... Ok if you are not in a rush. Overall it is a nice clean hotel, away from the hustle and bustle... and in a quiet area. The location has everything you need.... even a small market nearby. There are no sea views due to its location, only views of the hotels opposite. The balcony is therefore not very private, but it does have a wall. I will definitely be staying here again soon, and would recommend this hotel.

Great Holiday !

I'm here in Thailand for a long holiday and I enjoy very much to be here and this my hotel is very great with nice staff and it's a pleasure to stay here. From my hotel room balcony I've a magnificent view of the green palm trees and other vegetation.

Nice stay... Rooms were big and well cleaned. Decent location not far from beach and restaurants. Quiet area no traffic noise Management were nice and spoke good English Bathroom good size and clean. Pool was very clean and a decent size and well maintained. Overall would recommend this hotel was a nice 3 nights.

Nice hotel for budget accomodation . Close to restaurants but not the best quality ones . 10-15 min walking distance to beach but the walking track is next to sewage nothing the hotel can do.. Well maintained rooms but pretty old rooms. Water in the toilets not very hygene. Overall we were happy for what we have paid and the room was comfortable and the air com works well and pleasant sleep Garunteed. If u r planning for trips to various beaches might bit far to travel
