Well, they say you get what you pay for. I guess that is true. The place was old, rundown, and the bathroom toilet leaked, the shower floor was filthy. Not really a resort i would stay again, but perhaps you're russian. They seemed to love it.

The staff is very nice and helpful! Located in a great area, super close to everything you need, Kata beach is a 15 min walk and the night market is right behind the hotel!:) The only downside is the fact that the rooms are in need of a good refresh!! You can smell the dampness as soon as you walk in but the bedroom is pretty and clean. The only downside is the bathroom. :( It is definitely in need of a good deep cleaning. The stained tiles around the shower wall & floor and not looked after sink tap and shower head give an unclean feel. But overall, I recommend the hotel! Good for the price.

Good location close to bars, restaurants and markets. Ten minute walk to beautiful Kata beach. Staff were lovely. We had an issue with TV cable on arrival which took a few days to rectify. Room was clean but curtains were mouldy.

Great staff, lovely property. Breakfast good. Hotel super close to Night Market, literally a smorgasbord of dining options. Oh, did I mention the breakfast staff, superb.

Great value for money

We had an enjoyable stay at Honey Resort.Very clean and spacious room.The hotel manager is Jade/Sopana who does a great job keeping the hotel running well,she has good english skills and always helpful.All the staff where great.A very good continental breakfast,we really enjoyed the pool to.Kata is a very clean place to visit with many wonderful restaurants.I recommend Honey Resort and we hope to go back one day.

I've stayed many times. Good value for the price. They finally removed the high bathtub and provided a walk-in shower. Cleaning and front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. Quiet at night and close to the beach.

Had only planned a couple nights stay but ended up doubling that. Staff were top class room cleaned each day. I had left my iPad behind and traveled close to 2hrs to my next hotel. The amazing jade at reception worked her day then traveled to my current location to return my iPad and now the poor girl has to travel all the way back. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and a big shout out to Jane and the cleaning staff.

Room was very spacious and comfortable, not cramped and tiny like most modern hotels. The hotel is right in the middle of the main shopping and dining area. About a 10 minute walk to Karon Beach.

IT COULD BE GREAT.

This is a lovely little resort, that is slowly getting run down. Maybe it was the low season, and the little details were being neglected. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was good and clean. The pool was not cleaned during our stay. The breakfast was ordinary at best. With some attention to detail, this resort could be great. It is a very quiet and safe area, and close to everything.

Honey Resort was an okay place to stay for a few nights, especially if you will be spending most of your time at the beach. The bed was decently comfortable and the staff was really helpful. I appreciated the provided beach towels, as most hotels will not provide those. The bathroom needed a good scrubbing (mostly soap scum) and the whole place could use a refresh. If you have mobility issues you may have trouble with their tub/shower combo - there is a big step up with a wide ledge to get in. WiFi barely worked, unless you stayed in the lobby area. Overall just okay.
