We stayed at this place for three nights in room 216. When we first arrived the room smelt so strongly of smoke that we went down and asked to move rooms but apparently there was no space. So even though the room was advertised as a smoke free room it really wasnt, they even had ash trays in the room which actually encourages smoking. Being on the first floor that held rooms, we got an almost eye level view of water tanks and piles of rubbish. The smell was so bad that we couldnt even open the door onto the deck. The bed was two beds pushed together which meant an awkward bump in the middle, although the bed was pretty big so it didnt really matter. The roof made a horrific squeaking noise in the wind or whenever someone moved upstairs we think, which meant two horrible nights sleep. The only good thing about this hotel is the pool and surrounding pool side area which is really nice and high quality. And also the location. This is a relatively cheap hotel and not much is to be expected from it. However, I think based on the amount of hotels in the Patong area I would not choose to stay here again.

Worst room I have ever stayed in any hotel. In my room there was only one window facing the dark corridor. So you have to put on the lights even t the daytime. The AC in my room was not functioning properly. When reported to the Front office staff, they could neither fixed the problem nor changed the room. Front office staff were very indifferent to the guest's problem, kept themselves more busy with their mobile. Breakfast is very basic. They have a pool which is more like a big bathtub. No question of coming back to this unprofessional set up.

We had great 2 weeks in Baramee Hip Hotel. The location is very quite (even that room was facing the hospital), but just a few minutes by feet to busy Bangla road. Room and bathroom size are good, very clean, Aircondition worked very well. We had a huge bed and slept fantastic. Daily cleaning and towel change, and hotel offers free bootled trinking water. Booked some trips (Elephant riding, boat trips, ...) from the front desk - thanks to Nan and the others for some very good rates! Breakfast is nothing special - we ate a couple of times in Andakira Hotel, next to Baramee, that offers a little more variety. If you travel with small children, be carefull at the balcony, as the gaps of the railing are quite big.

Staff is super friendly, very sweet. There is breakfast at morning. They change towels, clean the room everyday. Aircon is working. They know decent english, very good place near Malls, shopping street. Small pool and clean place :) Stayed here for two weeks with 5 others, no trouble or anything. Also ask reception they can guide you! Thumbs up👍🏽👍🏽

Came in after a late flight and a brutal shuttle ride for them to tell us hotel was overbooked and they sent us off to a sister property at midnight (which smelled horrible and had a tiny room but a really nice pool). They called us at 930 and told us we needed to move hotel which we did. Moved us into a room with one bed when we booked two. So they told us to wait downstairs until our room was ready. Pool is in shade and between two tall buildings which is pointless. Wish we didnt book 3 nights here. Would not go back and would not recommend. We ended up getting sick ( with a cold, no fault of the hotel) and we got stuck in our room , which was brutal as the beds were hard and the tv didn't work. Rooms were clean though, aircon was good and good location.

I booked from agoda and got very valuable rate. Around USD14/night without breakfast. I got clean room, and the most important was a nice clean and big bathroom with standing shower. And also a balcony!! The receptionist was veryyy helpful and kind. Near from atractions like Banzaan night market, muslim area if looking for Halal food less than 5' by motorbike. And the Patong beach also 5minute by motor bike. Rate 5 for Baramee Hip Hotel Patong!!

This is a mixed experience, we got a free upgrade to superior rooms, very economical deal at only 20 USD per night, u can take advantage of the better andakira (adjacent and shared facilities hotel) staff and food. However, there is a skimpy element to the reception staff with pillows etc, who have uneasy communication in general , and a worrying practice of adding charges (e.g I paid an extra 1500 baht because for my tattoo rubbing off on sheets, on the last day). The arranged airport taxi was 30min late and 800 baht...staff were not organised to deal with this which could have caused us to miss flights.

I am not one to be a negative person but this hotel was horrible. I would hate to have this information and not at least pass it on. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable we joked at least the over night plane ride home will seem comfortable. The bathroom is dirty. The TV is old box style with two channels in English both news channels. You are charged $100 at check in as security on towels etc if you damage one you are charged $40 for a towel I would cut up for rags. I have stayed at no less than thirty hotels in Patong in this price range that are 1000 times better. Ocean Ole Hemming way are good options. I feel horrible being negative I would just hate for someone to save for a holiday and not have a good experience 🌞🌞

Stayed at the baramee hip hotel for 2 nights. Hotel facilities like pool and food selection good. Location excellent 10 mins from beach and close to shops and restaurant Only down falls the beds uncomfortable and often when leaving the lifts the house keeping store everything in front of it looking very untidy .

This hotel was arranged by our tour company. Room was spacious. Bed firm. Sound proof - bad. Cleanliness is ok, most Thai hotels are anyway. Didn't try anything else. It is within walking distance to bagnla road and the beach. Overall, a simple and comfortable place to spend a night or two.
