This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is nicely fitted with plantation shutters throughout, comfortable beds, flat screen smart TVs, stereo and WiFi. Take advantage of the gas grill while enjoying the back patio set in the beautifully landscaped outdoor living space. Guests may enjoy as many mature oranges and grapefruits as the yard’s citrus trees provide. Beds include 1 King, 1 Queen, and 1 fold out couch. You may enjoy the walk-in jet tub in the main bathroom. The kitchen comprises Silestone countertops, Kenmore appliances, and all the dishes, pots, pans, etc. needed to serve your favorite home cooked meals. Both bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans. Many golf courses are just minutes away via the provided electric golf cart.

Highly recommended!

This is a lovely home. It is well stocked with kitchen equipment and a good barbecue. We enjoyed preparing our meals here. The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly to our only two issues. Property comes with the use of a golf cart. We were able to use the golf cart ar five nearby golf courses. Sun City West courses are very well maintained and great to play at. Highly recommended.
