Floors were not vacuumed in the bedroom portion, and there were blood on the sheets on the couch bed. Only thing offered for the blood on the bed sheets was clean sheets.

They are very friendly and nice. My wife forgot in the room her cosmetic pouch and I reached out to them and they were so nice and quick to find that out and mailed to me. The only thing is that… there are missing some of items. So, it was good and bad at the same time

The check in lady wasn’t very friendly. Dissapointed they removed the hot chocolate machine from the lobby. This is the first time the room didn’t seem clean. The floors were dirty and their was hair in the bathroom. I thought you were doing extra Covid cleaning !
