The front desk clerk, Theresa, was extremely friendly and helpful. I think she went out of her way to be as helpful as possible.
The hotel was clean, the staff very friendly. Breakfast was supposed to be included but "due to C19" was a sack with a muffin and juice.... Restaurants are open, I think breakfast should have been open.
actually, the price was what attracted us to this facility and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of everything. The staff was very pleasant as well.
Did not replace towels and did not vacuum the room, no breakfast and we had to ask for shampoo and soap three nights.

Breakfast area should be open till 10:ooam. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable place to stay at this Days Inn & Suites By Wyndham Surprise. Seems like a safe and pretty quiet place with lots of parking area. We will definitely stay at this place again.
First, the breakfast was very marginal. No butter the first day. Complained. o butter the next two dAYS. Our room was not cleaned on our final day. Overall - disappointment
Bed was comfortable but pillows were not It was quiet throughout the evening to have a goodnight sleep. The hallway though smelled like smoke

breakfast is not the best the hallway is not bright in room the wall color is not bright as well as the lamp bulbs are not that bright for any reading.
