When I saw the ad, it looked like a nice place to stay with great reviews. Upon arrival, I realized that the site didn’t come with parking. That was my bad. I guess I missed it on the advertisement/small print. After all, what place doesn't come with parking? Anyways, the parking area was about a block away from the building (a separate lot that was not part of the property). When it is 116 degrees, carrying heavy bags and somewhat of a questionable area is NOT ideal. Especially when you are traveling alone with your kid! I figured, it is late we are tired; let’s deal with not having convenient parking. So we walked towards the studio, where we found that the main entrance was right off the street, the place had dirty windows, and the inside of the front door was covered with duct tape - not sure who was in charge of turning the unit, but they need to get fired. The pictures are NOT what you will find once you walk in. I just said to myself, I work too hard to stay in a place that looks worse than Motel6. We immediately made reservations and stayed at the Fairmont. I called management, and I sent them pictures of what I saw. I asked for my money back and all I got was the running around! I haven’t even received the $200 deposit that was supposed to be refundable. Stay away! I will be contacting my credit company and I will be asking them to get my money back!
