Convenient location, very friendly staff, nice breakfast

It was a good hotel near where I was attending a game. Breakfast and coffee were good. Area a little sketchy after dark.

The room was clean, spacious, quiet and had comfortable beds

Renovated room was great, exterior was not too impressive but this hotel was just what we needed.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good and better than I was expecting at the room price, but the breakfast area was quite small (a counter with 3 seats). However, there is an outside gazebo on the grounds (with a table) and some guests ate their breakfast there. I was there 4 nights, and there were power outages 2 nights (sometime during the night). I don't know if the hotel had any influence/control over that. However, my last night, the AC thermostat did not seem to be working (cooling stayed ON), so I finally just turned off the AC when the room got too cold. Location was very convenient to activities downtown near convention center. On bus line and a short walk to metro train stop, for those without a car. Free internet worked very well, with none of the connection problems or slow speeds that I often encounter at most (even much higher priced) hotels.

To begin with no parking in front had to go around bulding to part and get back to room that had no hot water AT ALL for showers. And so much noise could not get a good nights sleep. People in next room I think lived there and had no consideration for others. We for sure will not use An America best Value Inn in the future. Employees were nice but could not really do anything to help.

I and several college students stayed in individual rooms of America's Best Value Inn for a 4-day conference. The rooms were roomy, clean, with refrigerators, free WiFi, microwave. Included breakfast was satisfying. It was convenient to bus transportation, and we were about 5 blocks from the light rail and 8 blocks (a 10-12 minute walk) from the Convention Center on major roads, so we could walk. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Although the walk from the downtown is generally fine, I'm not sure a single female would feel comfortable walking here alone at night, but a car or cab, etc., would be fine..

Clean and comfortable. Reasonably priced and close to downtown restaraunts.

Most of features are good and I had good feeling on this hotel. One suggestion I want to give them is to place a soap in the room. There are shampoo and conditioner but not soap.

Had a very pleasant experience. This is how far I would like to go. Or do you want to force me?

I like this hotel. It is location is very good. It is clean and comfortable.

I was concerned about the quality of the hotel room, but when I got there I was pleasantly surprised with the room. It had a fridge and microwave, and the bed was really comfortable. On top of that having DirectTV was a big plus, I was able to catch the 2015 NBA playoffs there. It is about 15 waking distance from the convention center.

Stayed here for one night after landing late at the airport. Not a place I would stay for more than that. Not a great neighborhood, but not the worst either. Rooms a bit dated, but clean. Breakfast area is very small. Plan on grabbing a bite and heading out to the courtyard area, which is actually not a bad spot to eat.

The hotel was good, nothing special about it, besides a good location to restaurants and bars in Phoenix.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for four nights over 4th of July weekend. Good location not too far from downtown, friendly staff, free upgrade to a king room when we checked in just because it available, and no fee for replacing a lost keycard. The room was clean though some residual smoke smell; the bed was comfortable; a/c worked great,;and the room seemed fairly soundproofed to traffic and other rooms. My boyfriend was able to take the shuttle to the airport without issue (tell them 24 hrs in advance). Do note that wifi is a little slow (but free) and the water is warm even when turned totally to cold. Overall a very good experience.

Rooms were older, but clean and updated, location near airport, easy parking, felt safe, very happy.

It's very convenient location in the city downtown and also a good price. I will recommend this place,

Very nice staff. Very clean room. So so location. My flight arrived at 9am. When u got to the hotel my room wasn't raft but the staff immediately got one ready. Awesome
