I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this property was far below expectations. The main issue was the condition of the bathroom and toilet, they were poorly maintained and made it difficult to feel comfortable during the stay. The overall quality did not match what you’d expect from a hotel. For the price we paid, the standard of maintenance and comfort was disappointing. With some upgrades and better upkeep, this place could improve significantly, but as it stands, I would not recommend it.

Spacious room. Clean. Def more interesting than usual decor -- urban industrial, but kinda fun. Thankful I had ear plugs as some nearby traffic was a bit loud, but for the price, this place was great. Would stay again.

My only real issue is that I felt the room was misrepresented. I expected a much better room for the price I paid. It was very convenient for what I needed so I suppose that’s what I paid for. Next time in Phoenix I’ll definitely do more research.

This was definitely not a hotel, but a motel. When I originally booked the room I was quoted one rate, upon check-in I was charged different rates for each day (Thurs & Fri); no where was it mentioned that Fri's rate would be different. Room was clean-"ish". Could have supplied a box of tissues and extra toilet paper, had to ask for that. Wish I knew about the construction around the motel...not a very quiet stay.

Pillow and sheets smelled like cigarettes. No tissues, soaps and shampoo were mixed with water, I had to buy my own shampoo and soap. Area is very noisy and motel is right by the main street, also AC is super noisy so had issues falling asleep. Front desk people were nice and friendly.
