Fully equipped kitchen and new stainless steel kitchen appliances! Separate laundry room with new, full-sized washer and dryer. Flat screen TVs in living room (Smart TV), primary bedroom (Smart TV), and second bedroom. Cable TV and wireless high-speed internet provided (250+ mbps). Split floor plan.
Primary bedroom has a smart TV, large, comfortable king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and attached en suite bathroom with large garden tub and shower. The bathroom door with just replaced with a beautiful, contemporary sliding barn door!
Second bedroom has a TV, comfortable queen-sized bed, desk and chair, walk-in closet, and attached bathroom with tub and shower. This room can be used as an office instead of a bedroom.
Both bed mattresses are encased in protective covers for added cleanliness. Bathroom towels and pool towels are provided and are laundered with laundry sanitizer, and bleached (white towels) in-between guests. White sheets, white cotton blankets, and white down alternative comforters are provided and are sanitized and bleached in-between guests. The entire condo is thoroughly cleaned, and ALL touch surfaces are sanitized after each guest. A minimum of 2 days are blocked in-between each guest to allow for extensive cleaning and sanitation.
Relax in comfort as you enjoy the views of the McDowell Mountains from the private balcony, accessible from the primary bedroom and the living room!
This condo is ideally located near the Clubhouse and the main, large, heated pool. Please note, this condo is located on the second floor, and there is one flight of stairs to access it, with no elevator.
