The hotel was well maintained with beautiful decor. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel bar and restaurant were also decadent and delicious. We enjoyed dinner upon arrival and then ordered cocktails to our room.

The hotel overall was very nice, with beautiful décor, and the front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly. There were two issues, though. The room we stayed in had a greasy cooking smell, possibly because it was right above the restaurant kitchen—the air coming from the AC carried that smell. Our family members staying in another room did not have this problem. Another thing I was most dissatisfied with was the breakfast—not the quality, but the lack of clear dining guidelines from the hotel and the restaurant. The restaurant is not part of the hotel, so they didn’t know how much breakfast credit guests receive each day, and the front desk also did not explain how to use the daily breakfast credit at the beginning. It would be great if the breakfast arrangement could be improved. We would be happy to stay at this hotel again in the future.
