With a sprawling one-floor layout, you'll love the resort-like backyard as you sit by the pool and watch the Arizona sun set over the Phoenix mountains. As the sun goes down, the cool night temperatures make way for a night that can include soft music and games on the putting green.

The wide layout allows for lots of open living space, including a comfortable living room, massive dining/flex area, and an entertaining billiards/game room. Outside you'll find a covered patio, a fenced-in pool, and a state-of-the-art putting green.
