Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably, with space for a 7th if needed. The primary bedroom offers a king bed with an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. A second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third has two twin XL beds. An extra twin is also available. Two full bathrooms provide convenience for groups and families.

Outdoor living
The private backyard is designed for gathering and unwinding. Cool off in the seasonal pool (not heated) or stretch out with pool toys provided. A hot tub is available year-round, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Scottsdale. Fire up the BBQ grill, settle into the outdoor furniture, or gather around the fire pit in the fully fenced yard.

Kitchen & dining
The well-equipped kitchen makes it simple to prepare meals at home. You’ll find a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of cooking basics including pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper. A coffee maker, blender, toaster, wine glasses, and baking sheets are also provided, along with barbecue utensils for outdoor cooking. Share meals together at the dining table or carry them outside for an al fresco evening.

Entertainment & work
Three TVs are available with Netflix, Pandora, and CBS News included. An ethernet connection, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door make it easy to stay connected or work remotely. For quieter moments, enjoy books, board games, and children’s toys provided for family use.

Family-friendly extras
Traveling with little ones is simple with a pack ’n play, high chair, children’s dinnerware, and room-darkening shades. Extra pillows, blankets, and a drying rack add to the convenience.

Safety & comfort
The property is equipped with central air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and portable fans for year-round comfort. Exterior security cameras are located by the front entrance, and noise sensors monitor decibel levels inside and outside (without audio or video recording). Smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are also in place.

Parking & access
The garage is not accessible to the guests but there is a large driveway that can park 2 cars, Free street parking is also available. Self check-in is easy with a keypad door code.
