Quaint remodeled home in Sun City Grand. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and a large Den with beautiful office cabinetry. Home is adorned with custom teak furniture and cabinetry throughout. Both bedrooms have king beds with uber comfy plush mattresses. Master suite is large with a custom walk in shower, walk in closet, granite countertops, and wood look tile flooring. Extra Large Remodeled kitchen with gas appliances and an island that's fully loaded and ready for the chef of the house! Livingroom has Leather Power reclining sofas and recliners. Every seat power reclines! Laundry room is located inside the garage. Step outside the smooth patio sliding doors to the Oversized PRIVATE backyard full of beautiful citrus trees, tall cacti, flowers, and more! Gas BBQ Grill. Quail love to come to this house in the evening to nibble on some bird food. It's so fun to have a cocktail on the back patio and watch the birds come eat and sing. The Back Patio also has commercial grade misters installed that can lower the patio temperature as much as 25 degrees! Sun City Grand "The Grand" offers 4 beautiful Golf Courses, fitness center, indoor and outdoor community pools and spas that are heated. Sun City Grand also has an upscale Restaurant inside the community which is only a 4 minute drive away. Close to stadiums!

Great Place!

Wonderful house in Sun City. Close to everything! House had everything I needed. Very clean and up to date. Lots of extras that were delightfully unexpected! Communication with the manager was prompt and helpful. I will probably book this again when I am in the area. The 1 bummer (this was not property owners fault) You must stay at least 30 days to be able to use the Sun City amenities.

Place was as described. Two nice sized bedrooms with nice open kitchen & living area. Nice open 2 car garage. Convenient to Sun City Grand and Sun City West. Good access to bike routes.
