Historic charm with modern touches and lots of amenities! Stay in this centrally located 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath craftsman style home that is over 100 years old! Awesome location in downtown walking distance from Roosevelt Row, restaurants, shops, and a park but in a neighborhood with a suburb feel. Enjoy the heated pool, spa, BBQ, firepit, outdoor games, full kitchen, high chair, pack 'n play, board games, office space, smart TVs in every bedroom, and even 2 bicycles and 2 scooters for exploring.

Please note there are 3 video/audio security cameras recording the exterior of the property. (One on the porch and one above each side gate with one pointed towards the carport.) There are also two non-recording noise monitoring devices installed on the property.

No pets and no smoking allowed!

No large parties! Small gatherings allowed only upon host pre-approval. (Must agree to additional rules and may incur additional fees.) Please inform host if you plan to have any daytime visitors. Quiet hours from 10pm-7am.

The pool, aside from during the summer, is always heated to 80 degrees at no extra charge. Do not touch the pool equipment. Do not use the pool and spa during quiet hours from 10pm-7am. Message the host when you'd like the spa heated to100 degrees. Spa mode auto shuts off after 2 hours. Allow up to 30 minutes to heat. Alternatively, the spa can be scheduled ahead of time. Let the host know when you'd like it scheduled on and off. Please note pool maintenance lets themselves in through the side gate for maintenance every Monday and Thursday morning. Pool has a baja shelf and a max depth of around 5.5 feet. No diving. Swim at own risk.

Two scooters and two beach cruisers provided. Ride at your own risk. Please check bikes before using and remember to use the bike locks when you take the bikes out exploring and when you return. If bikes and/scooters are not returned by check out time, you will be responsible for the cost of replacement.

Please note: per manufacturer, the top bed weight capacity is 200 lb and the bottom bed weight capacity is 350 lb. Queen size tri-fold memory foam floor mattress stored in master closet for guest use in living room.

Landscaping maintenance lets themselves in the side gate for maintenance every other Friday.

This is an historic home over 100 years old. There has been some settling so please be aware there is some uneven flooring. Hallway hardwood was replaced causing the flooring in hallway to be about an inch higher than the bedrooms and kitchen. Please watch your step.

When a bathtub is being filled, water pressure will be too low for a shower to be running at the same time.

We had an amazing stay at this spacious home during our Spring Break trip from Wisconsin! It was perfect for our family of four, including our two school-aged kids. We loved the multiple seating areas and fully stocked kitchen so we could prepare meals. The gorgeous outdoor spaces were the highlight: having breakfast on the back patio each morning, and of course, the pool and spa made our stay extra special. The quiet neighborhood was a great retreat after busy days, and the easy access to downtown via the train and to the city via the highway made exploring effortless. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Gorgeous Historical Home

My family absolutely loved our stay is this 1920 Craftsman’s style home. It is centrally located to all the events and museums in downtown Phoenix and a very short walk to and from the light rail. The house is well equipped with all the amenities including outdoor fun. We felt completely safe and at home in this beautiful VRBO.

Downtown Craftsman Perfection

I booked Willetta Craftsman for its close proximity to my daughter’s apartment. Our sole purpose for this visit was to move her from her apartment on Van Buren to her new apartment on Central. Upon arrival, which was rather late, we were pleased to see how much space we actually had in the house. The house is much larger than it appears to be. The location is perfect! It’s close to EVERYTHING downtown. The neighborhood is so nice. It’s literally 4 minutes from the airport. The beds are super comfortable. The house was extremely clean. Robby & Tracy were the best at communication. We never used the pool. We didn’t have time. We did make use of the collection of board games they have. We had the best time and loved our time at Willetta Craftsman.

This place was perfect

My coworkers and I enjoyed staying at this vrbo while attending a conference downtown. The rental was quiet, clean and in a great neighborhood. The owners were very prompt in answering any questions we had. Many others at our conference had bad experiences with rentals. Thankfully we didn’t have the same experience. Really cool house in a really cool neighborhood

Fabulous stay in this wonderful home. Very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and well equipped. Lots of space! We really enjoyed the yard, pool, and spa. Communications from the host were very clear and they were very responsive. The location is great with restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance plus easy access to the highway and everything Phoenix has to offer. Wonderful house - AMAZING pool and yard!

our family of eight stayed for a week, and the house was great, an older house, like the listing said, but very clean and well equipped. but our favorite area was the yard. The pool was wonderful and crystal clear and the hot tub was great. our children spent hours every day swimming! Plus, the yard is great for their badminton setup and the fireplace is nice for s'mores :-) We came for baseball spring training but half the time here since it was so fun!
