Perfect luxury remodel with resort style back yard in Old Town Scottsdale!!!

Close to everything near the heart of Old Town Scottsdale! Minutes from Fashion Square, baseball stadiums, art galleries, restaurants, bars, hiking, shopping, and numerous golf courses. This newly remodeled home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. There’s also guest casita (contains a king bed but also the washer/dryer/water heater). The spacious floor plan allows guests to be together but never feel crowded. The dining table comfortably seats 8 and there's 4 more seats at the adjacent breakfast bar. There's a 65" TV in the Living Room for movies, sporting events or just relaxing at the end of a fun day as well as TV's in all bedrooms. The kitchen is straight out of a magazine and is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals. The big backyard features a new swimming pool/hot tub area with lounge seating, a gas fire pit, gas BBQ, outdoor table and chairs, artificial grass, and backyard games such as giant Jenga and corn hole. WiFi and cable TV are included. We've done everything to help provide our guests with the most comfortable, fun and relaxation vacation possible.

Crisis averted by the owner. Personally took care of an air conditioning situation on one of the most unprecedented heat waves of March. Tim was able to keep us in the rental and comfortable. He checked in on us regularly, until the situation was resolved.We appreciated that. We were 3 adults and two kids (age 9 and 6) the house was perfect for our needs. We liked the location for access to everything we wanted to get to. Neighborhood was residential, and walkable every morning. Easy check out. No chores required.

The house was roomy and open. The kitchen was ready for cooking, either a full meal with the oven/stove, or heating a snack in the microwave. The living room was spacious with plenty of seating. There was a TV and numerous games ready to entertain. The bedrooms were all nice, with one having twin beds and the rest king size. There was even an outside room that was a bedroom/laundry room. The back yard was very private, with a pool/hot tub combo that was really nice. There was plenty of comfortable seating, tables, a gas grill, a gas firepit, jenga, and cornhole. All of the bathrooms were nice too.
