Perfect to relax in comfort in a gated community with covered parking. Relax by the pool or go to the spa. Within walking distance to the stadium and medical services. The property has been recently remodeled with new cabinets, and granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is an elevator and mail box available. Easy walk to the fitness center and shopping centers. Internet, cable, TV, WIFI and a printer is available. There is also a clubhouse for different events and a short walk to trails. Handicap access tp elevator.

Nice but

The condo is nicely decorated, furniture comfortable, kitchen necessities better than most places we have rented. The ‘patio’ is tiny but it worked for us. Owners responded quickly to replacing a lamp that didn’t work. Listed as handicap accessible is not quite true. One has to go outside of the parking lot to access a single ramp. The elevator is down a flight of steps from the parking lot. Also, all entrances to the pool have steps. We notified owners that we had to leave a few weeks early due to high risk of health issues with the Corona virus. It would have been nice if they had been understanding about this unforeseen circumstance. We had no way of giving sooner notice under the fast developing circumstances.

Good location and friendly

Great location and friendly neighbors. It was noisy when the patio door was open, made it hard to work there. The unit wasn’t aired out or checked before I arrived. After a long drive 2 days to get there, changing batteries in the furnace and smoke detector and airing out the place was disappointing. Landlord very responsive and good to deal with.
