Enjoy the convenience of being close to the action while staying in a quiet, safe, and residential neighborhood — ideal for relaxing after a day or night out.



For essentials, there are multiple grocery stores nearby, including a Safeway just under 2 miles away, making it easy to stock up for your stay.



Our central location provides fast access to top Scottsdale and Phoenix attractions:



- 20 minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (typically a $20–$30 Uber/Lyft)

- 20 minutes to TPC Scottsdale – home of the Waste Management Phoenix Open

- 20 minutes to Footprint Center – Phoenix Suns games, concerts & major events

Scottsdale is most easily accessible by car- there are plenty of Uber/Lyfts with wait times almost always <5 minutes. Free two-car driveway parking and ample street parking for overflow.



Other Things to Note:

Per Scottsdale regulations, I am required to do a guest screening including a check of criminal records- by reserving this property you acknowledge that you will be required to consent to screening. You will receive an email after booking to initiate the screening which you are obligated to complete. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about this.



Please be respectful of neighbors and capacity not to exceed 12 persons on the property at any given time and only the designated overnight guests. There is a security camera facing the entry gate when you enter for monitoring package deliveries when the home is vacant etc… We also have noise monitors installed which alert us if there is excessive noise in the backyard as a courtesy to our neighbors. Maintenance personnel (pool, landscaping, pest control, etc...) may arrive on property during your stay but will do my best to give you a heads up here.



Pool heating is available for $100 per night and can be arranged after your booking is confirmed. To ensure your comfort, we recommend requesting it in advance during cooler months.

Booking Waiver: There is a waiver of terms to sign prior to the stay. You are welcome to request the waiver terms prior to booking if interested.

There is a $500 fine for not replacing the TV cover when not in use.
