The room was clean but lots of wear and tear. The stair well smelled like urine. The parking lot asphalt is tore up. However the staff is kind, the breakfast was good. I believe it is a little overpriced.

The room was fairly clean but my sheets needed to be changed the day I arrived. I had a request that I called the front desk for but I didn’t hear back. I asked the front desk to change my sheets since there were small hairs consistent with dog hairs embedded in the sheet. I didn’t get any change of sheets till my 3rd night 2 days after I called. So I did my best to sweep off the dog hairs and slept on the area I had cleaned. My stay was 4 nights so half my stay was on the clean sheets and the other half was on sheets with dog hairs. Other than that the stay was fine. The property is across the street from the Mesa Police sub station so I had no issues with local homeless in view of the property.

The stay was ok, but the floor I was on, there were doors slamming all times of night. The room above me someones child was jumping and stomping on the floor the 5 nights I was there. The staff was good. I dont know about the breakfast. I didnt try it.

Wow… Such an awful experience. I left truly upset. Y’all need to get it together. Your payment system is an absolute mess. Even if going through Expedia contributed to the chaos, it’s absolutely unacceptable what I went through. I cried for an hour on my last night because you WOULDN’T STOP CHARGING ME AND GASLIT ME EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER STAY AT A LA QUINTA AGAIN, AND I AM TELLING ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY ABOUT THIS GOD-AWFUL EXPERIENCE I HAD. Unless someone reaches out to make it right—and I mean REALLY make it right—then I swear to the divine that I will never book with La Quinta ever again. Done.
