I loved that at check in the staff gave us the run down of all the amenities. When requesting more bedding or towels, it was given with a smile. The pool was heated and the hot tub was a good size. Breakfast was great and loved that check out is at noon.
They allowed us to check in early and were accommodating. We asked to have the room made up on a day that rooms were not being serviced and they did it well.
The pool and hot tub were amazingly clean and comfortable. The staff were always smiling and friendly.
Always stay at Hyatt,our first pick. Was dissapointed this time because we requested maid service and didn’t get any. Had to ask for clean towels every time. After our 8 night stay the bathroom floor was heaping high with dirty towels and trash was overflowing. No excuses,tired of hearing “ we are understaffed”
