Our stay was fine. The staff we encountered, in particular Ed at the front desk, was super friendly & knowledgeable! Our only cons were that the shower/sink water never got cold & was at best, lukewarm if not scolding; and the room A/C had a real tough time getting & staying below 70 degrees.

It is an average hotel, but my main complaint was the smell of the floor where we were staying. We report it to management and they told us that a/c was off. They turned on and some of the smell went away, but fuw hours later the a/c went off and the smell came back. really bad. The bed had a hole basically on the mattress.

I enjoyed my stay with Hyatt because the staff was really friendly. The check in process was fast and easy and was easy. There was a theater that was not too far away and also shopping center. I would stay here again.

An okay place. Not my first choice.

It was an okay place to stay. The beds were a little old. The AC is what I did not like. Every time it turned on, it was so… loud. It needs to be fixed. Shower faucet was not good. It did not have enough pressure so it was flowing very weak or a new shower head is needed.

Our stay was great, we really enjoyed the room and the cleaniless and help with info, just a little lighter on the carpet fresh it was a bit strong when we entered the room even though it smelled really good!!!
