We have two free covered parking spaces. Great patio to hang out for drinks or cooking out. Quiet neighborhood and is fully equipped for a fun and comfortable stay. Available for week-long or extended stays. Perfect location...

We really enjoyed our stay in the townhouse. Close to the park, lake, greenway walking trails and grocery store. And very near the pool. The digital door locks on the gate and door were a bit of a challenge at first but Jeff coached us on use, and he was very responsive to our questions and very helpful. Kitchen was beautiful with new appliances and had the necessary items for our stay. Loved the cute coffee nook. Beds were very comfortable and the home was clean. Pictures were accurate. Covered parking was also a plus. Perfect for a family. Would recommend a stay.

Everything was good. I didn't realize there were no TVs in bedrooms when I booked. So that was on me... but I definitely missed that as I did not pack my tablet this time. It seems like most places have them. So, I forgot to check... The restaurant recommendations were delightful. We tried a few of them. I would stay again, with better planning around TVs...

Brad contacted me early on about the property. He provided clear instructions about accessing the building and was very responsive to questions. He offered to have a coffeemaker shipped to the home if we weren’t satisfied with the Keurig that was there. (We declined) When we let him know about a couple of maintenance questions his responses were outstanding. The location was great. We had easy drives to every place we wanted to go. The traffic on Chaparral was reasonable, even during busy times. There are multiple options for tracery shopping and dining. Due to cool weather we did not use the pool

The beds were great! Your house is super cute. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Had some trouble with fire stick - just used to cable. The place was super clean. We didn’t do much cooking. My two comments are: it would be nice to have unused kitchen sponges. The other comment isn’t something within your power, but FYI the renters Nextdoor were smoking pot and it came through to the house. That was the only unpleasant thing.

Great space for what we needed. Very clean, kid friendly, and located near a lot of amenities. We had one issue with the electronic locks right before we were leaving but it was quickly resolved with a phone call to the owners. Great communication all around.

The house was very clean and everything you need is there. Our stay was spoiled by the showers that don’t drain. Both showers are clogged and you have to stand in dirty water. The drain does eventually drain but very slowly. The clogged drains also caused the house to have a sewer smell. We opened the doors a few times to air the house out. This seemed to help some. You might want to bring ice if you are planning to mix drinks because the ice maker isn’t working. We just bought bottled water and didn’t need ice.

A solid choice for a family stay

Security was excellent. There were two parking places at the door and more nearby. The two-story home was attractively furnished, had good temperature control (plus ceiling fans), plenty of space and had owner rules that were reasonable and helpful. While we didn’t use it, there was a beautiful pool just steps away.

Everything was excellent, and just as described. A beautiful huge park across the way, nice community pool, clean comfortable home, and a convenient location a short drive from Old Town and the highway. Very peaceful and felt private, even for a townhouse. No silly rules or hassles.

From booking to check out, Brian made the process easy. He was quick to respond to questions and gave easy to follow instructions. The location was convenient to dining, grocery stores, and golf which was all we needed. 4 people slept comfortably in the clean townhome which was stocked with enough in the kitchen and bathrooms to reduce our need to pack a lot of extras. We would definitely stay again if we return for another golf vacation.

Amazing stay, great location

We had an amazing stay! The condo was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Check in and check out were super easy. The location was perfect for us, close to grocery stores and the park was great for our 2 year old. We went to Old Town multiple times and to Phoenix for the aquarium and butterfly conservatory. We can’t wait to come back!

Mid January mini vaca

The location was excellent for access to airport & for exploring Scottsdale & the neighboring areas. Beds are memory foam and uber comfortable. Towels are soft and thirsty. Neighborhood is quiet and seems very safe. We were very happy.
