Everything is brand new & perfect! Tasteful & beautifully furnished and fully updated. Professionally cleaned and managed as a full-time rental condo home. You`ll love the open, bright floor plan and feel right at home when you arrive. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare a meal. 2nd floor condo.

Master bedroom has a comfortable King. Guest bedroom is roomy with a Queen bed. There is also a twin air mattress if needed. Free WiFi, Large Smart Televisions in main room and master bedroom so you can use your Netflix, Hulu, etc. Wonderful walk in closets that make a longer term stay especially comfortable. This property is on the second floor. You must climb one flight of private stairs to get to it.

The property is adjacent to lots of shopping and beautiful greenbelt walking/bike paths, with Mountain View Park Sports courts and community center just a short walk away. The complex offers lush landscaping, three sparkling pools, 3 hot tubs, sauna, a clubhouse, fitness center, barbecue grills, and a tennis/pickleball court. Great location

We loved the location. Our condo was walking distance to great restaurants and cafes. We loved being next to the park and walking path and took full advantage of the great weather by walking every day. It’s a short distance from all the main attractions in Scottsdale.
