Visit Scottsdale in this serene 2 Bdrm, 1.5 bath condo in McCormick Ranch. Located in an upscale, perfectly situated resort-style gated condominium property. Everything is new & perfect! Tasteful & beautifully furnished and fully updated. Professionally cleaned and managed as a full time rental condo home. You'll love the open, bright floor plan and feel right at home when you arrive. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare a meal.
Master bedroom has a comfortable King and Queen bed in the roomy second Bedroom. There is also a blow up twin mattress if needed. Full private washer & dryer inside, Free WiFi, Large Smart Televisions in main room and master bedroom so you can use your Netflix, Hulu, etc. Wonderful walk in closets that make a longer term stay especially comfortable. The property is on the second floor. You must walk up one set of private stairs.
The property is adjacent to lots of shopping and beautiful greenbelt walking/bike paths, with Mountain View Park Sports courts and community center just a short walk away. The complex offers lush landscaping, three sparkling pools, one heated, 3 hot tubs, a clubhouse, BBQ grills, and a pickleball/tennis court. The possibilities are endless when it comes to attractions and experiences in the area: the Talking Stick Resort, Old Town Scottsdale, the new Medieval Times and Great Wolf Lodge locations, are just minutes away!

Great location

We loved the location. Our condo was walking distance to great restaurants and cafes. We loved being next to the park and walking path and took full advantage of the great weather by walking every day. It’s a short distance from all the main attractions in Scottsdale.
