Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Scottsdale - Old Town

Great hotel close to downtown area with many options for restaurants/bars. Short walk or fun golf cart ride (suggested when we checked in). Plus, happy hour & breakfast included.

Had a most pleasant stay, staff was outstanding, room was perfect for price range, location great! Breakfast was OK, "hot" items were warm and somewhat tasteless. Didn't partake of "Happy Hour" but a nice touch to offer guests.

One of the best affordable hotels you can stay in around Old Town Scottsdale. Rooms are always clean in the times I've stayed. The free daily breakfast is plentiful. There are decent amenities and overall, it's an ideal place for getting around the Greater Phoenix Area as a visitor.

Hotel was really nice! Hotel staff so friendly and pleasant! Room was an unexpected surprise! Traveling with a 2 year old normal rooms are small. But our room had sitting rooms and then a whole room just with the beds. Overall experience was amazing even the coffee was great!

We were in town for my son's wedding. We stayed here on Wed and Thur and left for the venue and stayed at a different hotel Fri and Sat. We came back here on Sun and looked forward to being here again as the other hotel was not as nice as this one! We will stay here when we come back for sure. It's close to so many restaurants and shopping. Staff is awesome!

We were in town for our son's wedding. This hotel is close to the airport and old town Scottsdale. We had a problem with our toilet and they fixed it right away. All staff were very nice and friendly. We are going back to stay again on Sunday night before flying out on Monday.

Very good stay. A lot of fun. We are planning to come back next year. The staff were above and beyond our expectations, they are very nice and pleasant.

We stayed from August 6th-August 10th. Chose this hotel because of location, pool, and value. The location was great, you could walk to Old Town and it was in a quiet area which was a big plus. The pool was great, not very big but it was nice to cool off and relax after a day of being in the heat. There are two little waterfalls and two spouts that shoot out water. Plenty of lounge chairs as well as some tables with umbrellas. The room itself is big---bathroom, separate sink/counter/mirror area, couch, desk/chair, microwave, small refrigerator and the bedroom area which is separated by 2 glass doors. Each room had a flat screen tv and plenty of drawer space. There is an ironing board, iron, and hair dryer. The air conditioner is great, loud, but it did it's job and personally I felt the noise from it drowned out any hallway noise. The only complaint, if you could even call it that, is that the fitted sheet on the bed was loose, it didn't stay in place and by the morning the bed was a mess. Again, not a huge deal, but thought it was worth mentioning. The breakfast was decent....egg/cheese patty, turkey sausage, toast, English muffins, cinnamon rolls (amazing), bananas, apples, juice, coffee, tea, milk, pancakes. In the evening there was a manager's cocktail hour with beer, wine, soft drinks, and some snacks. During the month of August they offer late night pancakes from 8-midnight. Staff was friendly and helpful, no issues at all. Overall a great stay, would definitely stay again.

This hotel was great. Fair price for a hotel in a great location. The amenities were very nice and clean. The staff was helpful, friendly, and always smiling. Cookies each evening was a plus! The free breakfast area was clean. Overall great experience!

The hotel was centerally located to the various activities that were planned for the weekend. Every activity was within 30 minutes of the hotel. The breakfast provided a variety of food.

The staff at this location was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is the French doors in the two room suite we had. We wanted privacy from my teen son however, the French doors that separated the bedroom from rest of room had clear glass panes so it wasn't private.

Motel was very clean and service was great. Lived up to all expectations.

Very nice. I wanted to stay here so I had a place to sleep.

First time in Phoenix/Scottsdale very good time! The staff was really great. Hotel nice and clean. Everyone super helpful. Will be back!

Went to surprise our family that we hadn't seen in a few years. The environment was awesome, the kids felt right at home. I've stayed at other holiday inns, but this one was rthe best. Without a doubt, when back in Phoenix I am for sure staying there again.

Wonderful stay for a quick two night trip. Location of hotel is great. Staff are genuine and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.
