Ground Level Beautiful Remodeled Condo in Resort Setting In Downtown Scottsdale.

If you like the finer things in life at a reasonable price, then look no further. Close to all of the great amenities of downtown Scottsdale, walk across the street to Fashion Square, Scottsdale's premiere shopping with great restaurants and renowned Camelview movie theater. The Phoenician Resort is your neighbor as are many other world famous golf courses. Close to Spring baseball, gorgeous hikes, ASU, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and the center of Metropolitan Phoenix. The complex has four community pools, outdoor games, on-site maintenance, BBQs and nice laundry room all within 100 ft of this perfectly located ground floor unit. There is a covered parking space and immediate access to back of unit from back patio and open parking, which makes carrying in bags a breeze.

This unit sits back in the complex and is nice and quiet looking out on to Camelback Mountain. The unit has flat screen, smart TVs & Blu-Ray players in both living area and bedroom and wi-fi. Walk-in shower, sofa, recliner, high-end furnishings, good storage, both inside and outside dining, all stainless and premium appliances. There are so many good restaurants around that you don't need to ever cook, but if you do wish to cook or entertain, this unit is all set up for you with quality dishes, cookware and bar ware. Bedding is important, and this condo features a newer Beauty Rest inner spring, pillow top king size Bed, with high thread count sheets and good quality pillows.

We have remodeled and appointed this condo with love for our visiting family and our new guests/friends that will be staying with us. We look forward to welcoming you and thank you for considering staying with us.

We regret that we can not offer discounts during the months of Jan-March, but we are open to multi-month and last minute discounts the other 9 months of the year. Also, please note that the State of Arizona does not charge lodging tax for stays over 30 days so longer stays may save you money.

Owners are a couple, who live relatively close by if you need help.

the unit was clean and very close to Fashion Square and Old Town, the pool was small but nice, relaxing cushion on the chairs. the only disappointment was that the laundry facility which used an software would only accept US credit card and therefore we were not able to do our laundry at the site which caused some inconvenience as there are no self laundromats in Scottsdale. we were able to find one about 20 minutes away but in the end we rationed our cloths and made it work with only one visit to the laundromat.

Good but a few issues

The unit was clean and very quiet. We enjoyed using the little patio in the morning. We also enjoyed using the swimming pool close to the unit. We had it to ourselves three out of five days. There should have been more toilet paper. One and a half rolls for two people for a week is not enough. There should have been more towels also. If not for those issues it would have been five stars.
