Whether you’re planning a family getaway, a weekend with friends, or a group retreat, our Glendale home offers the perfect blend of comfort, entertainment, and relaxation. Step into the resort-style backyard featuring a pool, a regulation-size pickleball court, an adjustable basketball hoop, and a 9-hole mini golf course, backyard dining & gas grill – all designed to keep guests of all ages entertained for hours. Main Floor Living Area: Step into the living area on the left, featuring a Smart TV, an electric fireplace, and ample seating space for everyone to unwind. Bedroom 1: Located on the right side of the house, this cozy room offers a Murphy queen bed for 2 guests, a Smart TV, an extra sofa chair, and a closet. Bedroom 2: (Master Bedroom): Indulge in the luxurious master bedroom, equipped with a king-sized bed for 2 guests, a Smart TV, a sofa chair with a small round table, a large closet, and an ensuite full bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, enclosed shower, toilet, and sink. Common Bathroom: Accessible from the Bedroom 1 hallway and the laundry area, this bathroom includes an enclosed shower, toilet, and sink. Kitchen: Our fully equipped kitchen features a door leading to the backyard, a countertop with 4 chairs, and a round table for 6 guests. Enjoy your morning coffee with our Keurig, suitable for both K-Cup® pods and ground coffee. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a designated office space with basic supplies. The laundry room and garage, with a washer and dryer, are accessible through the kitchen. Dining Area: Gather around the large dining table that seats 10, perfect for family meals and socializing. Basement Bedroom 3: Located to the right, this bedroom offers a king-sized bed for 2 guests, a Smart TV, a ceiling fan, and a closet. Bedroom 4: This room features a king-sized bed for 2 guests, a Smart TV, a small sofa chair, a ceiling fan, and a closet. Common Bathroom: Shared by Bedrooms 3 and 4, this bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and his and her sinks. Bedroom 5: (Kids Room) Ideal for children, this room has a twin-over-twin trundle bed, a closet, and a chalk wall for creative play. A converted closet next to the kids' room offers a cozy play area with pillows and easy access to the game area. Included: ** Two- Twin-movable rollaway beds are available for flexible sleeping arrangements **Basement sofa includes a queen bed for 2 guests Basement Playing Area: The basement is a paradise for entertainment, featuring: - Large sketch/draw wall pull-down. - Bean bag chair. - Pac-Man arcade games. - Nintendo console. - Pool table. - Full bar area with mini fridge. - Original N64 games like Mario Kart, Golden Eye 007, and Star Wars. - Arcade table with 1000+ games. - Kids zone with classic board and card games. Outside: Our outdoor area is perfect for relaxation and fun, featuring: - A Smart TV and seating area with a ceiling fan - A large dining table for 10 - BBQ grill with propane provided - Mini golf with all accessories - Pool with floaties, 4 lounge chairs, and an umbrella - Firepit for 5 (wood provided on a first-come, first-served basis) - Sports court - Giant Connect 4 - Lawn darts - Corn hole - Pickleball - Adjustable basketball hoop - Tabletop bowling - Giant tower game Kids Extras: We provide thoughtful amenities for families, including: - Pack' N Play. - High chair. - Baby gate. - Step stool. - Child utensils. Additional Amenities: Our home is equipped with: - 8 NEW Smart TVs with Roku. - Sub-Zero refrigerator. - Liquid hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. - Luggage racks and hangers in each room. - Outdoor TV, lounge chairs, beverage cart, and pool with 15 pool towels. - Schlage keypad entry, ADT alarm, Ring doorbell, and Ring Floodlight cameras for your protection. Please note: The garage is being used as storage for extra items for the house and may not be available for parking. Book now for unlimited amounts of fun, endless entertainment, and lots of memories to be made in our beautiful home! Guests will have access to the entire house and all its available amenities. While we won't be available in person, you can reach out to us through the booking platform, text/call, or email. We are responsive from 8 AM to 9 PM. Pool Information: The pool is not heated, but the water temperature is typically ideal for swimming May through September. The pool is professionally serviced every Thursday. Leaves and other natural debris may occasionally blow into the pool. This does not constitute a reason for a refund. Trash Collection and Outside Maintenance: The trash collection service is every Friday morning, please note cans will be placed by the curb/returned by a mobile trash service. If you fill more than the trash cans allow, you will be responsible for disposing of the additional trash or an extra fee will be applied. We have regularly scheduled landscaping and exterior maintenance on the property. Inside Fireplace: The fireplace inside the house is purely ornamental and not functional, designed exclusively for display and décor. Please note that we do not provide cable TV at the property. However, we have multiple Smart TV's available, so you can easily log in to your favorite streaming services like Netflix, Prime, and more. Perfect for a relaxing escape or a productive work trip, this home is ready to host you!

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms and a dining area. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
