The staff from the front desk, breakfast service, and cleaning were extremely friendly. The thermostat on the wall was a ruse, so slept the first night thinking the air did not work well. Adjusted it the next day on the unit and slept in confort on night 2. Overall a positive stay and will consider staying here again when in the area.
