Ok for the price. Limited breakfast available ran out of yogurt and fruit. Not great coffee. Rooms clean but old and need updates Starbucks and restaurants next door are convenient . Very close to freeway.
It took me a little bit of time to find the correct inlet of the hotel.
I enjoyed the got breakfast, pool. And hot tub. They gave me a 2pm late checkout and it really helped me on my travels. Thank you 😊
Room needed a lot of cleaning and maintenance.
So I read a lot of reviews prior to booking our 4 night stay. Based on those I was expecting much more for $140 night taxes and fees. The area is not great, there were quite a few homeless people walking around the lot and area. The interior and rooms are very outdated, we had stains in the carpet and walls. 2 of the 4 mornings we had lukewarm water in the shower and sink. Sheets appeared clean but I had stains and dirt marks on the comforter. The key cards consistently took 3-5 attempts to work and heard the same comment from another guest. I requested room service on the 2nd day in the morning, went out all day and when I returned that evening no one had come. I had to go to the front desk to pick some up. On the good side the staff were all pleasant, there was ample parking and the breakfast selection and presentation were good.
The hotel room wasn't what we expected for the price we paid. Water pressure sucked. Toilets so low it was like squatting. The toilet, tub, and carpet were stained. Bed way too soft. No luggage rack. Had to use a laundry cart. Worst part someone tried to steal the catalytic converter from my truck. Of course the hotel security cameras caught nothing. The property said they will not take any responsibility for the things which happen outside the hotel premises. How is the property parking lot not part of the hotel premises?
I have stayed at this property 7 times in the last 3 years. Never again. Bed is loud. Mold in the shower. I think all the homeless gather every night in the parking lot.
I have stayed at this location several times in the past few years for work. This is the last time. The room was good. But getting to the room is tricky. Bunch of homeless and undesirable people walking around. Doesn’t really feel safe.
I love how the staff left u alone unless u needed them.for anything
This inn is rundown with filthy room carpet and an uncomfortable bed.
The exterior was nice (could use a few more parking lot lights though) and the interior was okay but the halls smelled like mold / mildew. The room / sheets smelled like mold / mildew as well. The bathroom sink area was the size of a small closet (like for coats) so not enough room for more than one person. Also, the breakfast was okay but did find a rotten piece of fruit in the bowl of apples.
bed was very comfortable, slept very good, and staff was very helpful
The hot breakfast was good although the space to eat is pretty small during the busy time. The room itself smelled very musty upon entering and the toilet bowl had a grey film inside as if they hadn’t taken a scrub wand to it in weeks. The toilet bowl also had a tricky handle. The maid only cleaned up half of our trash from the night before (we had to leave some out on the desk and counter top since the waste bins are so small). Overall I wouldn’t stay at this location again.

I will share your comments with the staff. There are signs in the parking lot that say the hotel is not responsible for the parking area.
