House was clean and well stocked with the necessities. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Pool was a little too cold even though it was 90 degree weather. We did pay extra to have it heated but I don’t think it was other than using solar floats in the pool when not in use. Quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants and shopping. Nice home.

Great vacation rental!

Home was very clean with comfortable furnishings. Location is in quiet neighborhood and worked very well for us with easy access to highways and many attractions within 20-30 minute drive. Very nice restaurants and Walmart store for groceries within a short distance. Owner was very responsive to any questions - great rental!

The house and the owner are great. It does cost a little more to heat the pool, and the instructions from the management company weren't super clear about that, but we had great communication with the actual owner of the home and the stay went super well.

Clean home in quiet neighborhood

This home was exactly as advertised. The home was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Great neighborhood close to many restaurants and stores. The property manager and owner were very attentive. Only thing I would have done differently is probably paid to heat the pool. The water was colder than I expected for the heat that Arizona so I didn’t use the pool but my husband took a swim and got some use out of the pool. I will definitely book this place again.

Quiet Phoenix getaway!

This home was located conveniently to everything Phoenix has to offer! The neighborhood was very quiet at all hours and the enclosed backyard made us feel like we didn’t even have neighbors! The heated pool was a family favorite and we enjoyed it everyday! The kids also enjoyed the pac man machine. Perfect home away from home!

If you’re looking for near perfection
