We had a great stay but they are some things you should be aware of. The bedroom East of the front door - the thermostat was in need of battery replacement; I replaced it with my own batteries since it would not function without them; the room was warm.Second, the smoke/carbon monoxide detector was chirping all night long and was very stressful for our guests. The batteries need to be replaced. They were located way too high for me to replace the battery. I always carry extra batteries with me. Also, the grandkids were disappointed that the waterslide was inoperable this morning (Saturday) and that they could not use it on the final day of our stay. We didn't know how to turn off the Edison lights that were around the perimeter of the tennis court and they were on all night/day. They also shined into the master bedroom and the light bled into the room while we were trying to sleep.Third, there was glass shards on the floor in the game room, around the pool table and under the coffee table, and one of my grandkids got glass in their foot. I cleaned them up the best I could. (See picture)Fourth, a bath towel of ours was left in the master bedroom; I am not looking to get it back.Fifth, the lack of wash towels, hand towels, bath maths in the bathrooms was unacceptable.Sixth, dirty dishes were placed in the dishwasher, garbage put out in the bins.Seventh, lack of kitchen towels/wash cloths made it very difficult to clean counter tops and tables.
