This is a beautiful property located in a great neighborhood. It was very private and quiet. We loved the fun design of the house and we enjoyed using the pool and the hot tub. Communication was great before during and after her stay. We would definitely book this place again!

Awesome stay for a big group!

We had 13 girls here and had an awesome time. The backyard was spacious along with the inside of the house. Make sure to buy extra toilet paper because there was not a lot. Would stay again!

Nice property but not as expected

The VRBO manager that I was in contact with changed from the time I booked to the time of the trip. Photos of the house showed a few different bedroom photos than what they looked like in photos closer to the time of the trip date, as well as a pool slide. There was no slide at the home. The hot tub was not working but the pool maintenance man comes every other week so thankfully he came when we were there and I had him look at the hot tub and he did fix it. Getting the pool heated in October is not going to make it warm. It was still very chilly. We were told there was a code to enter the front door, however the code didn't work when we arrived and I had to call the property manager to find out another way to enter the home. There was one key which was hard with 12 people staying in the house and coming and going at different times. The interior of the house was extremely clean, the water pressure was great, the heating & cooling worked well. The beds were so comfortable and the tvs worked all appliances were A+! The yard was beautiful and the neighborhood was super safe! Loved our experience here, minus the diff bedrooms than pictured, the heated but chilly pool and the broken hot tub and the lack of ease to use the code to enter and lock the home.

Girls weekend retreat

House and yard were very easy to locate and access. The property manager was also very responsive to our requests. The yard has perfect natural sunlight in morning and gets great partial shade in afternoon. The beds are very comfy as is furniture. However, the back gate was being repaired upon our arrival with workers using house outlet for tools (would have liked a heads up on this). The pool was also dirty and we had to request service for cleaning. Overall the house needs some attention. The yard light post does not work and the light on outside of patio do not all come on. The slide is also non functional and according to pool guy should be removed. The kitchen has basics but expect to bring ziplocks, tin foil and Saran. If you are looking for location this is very close to Scottsdale.

This house exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of sleeping options, so much space to spread out, the location was only a quick 10 min Uber to old town, and the outdoor space was amazing. We spent most of our time in the back yard. The hot tub & pool we’re perfect! We opted to have the pool heated and it was the perfect temperature. Safe to say we spent most of the day outside lounging. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great Property

This was a great property. It has everything you need for a great basecamp in the Phoenix area. Also nice that it's on a cul-de-sac and a larger lot. The putting green is nice, as well as the pool, and horseshoes. Accommodations were perfect.

Thank you very much. My family and I very much enjoyed our stay in your home. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Great location close to 101 that allows for quick easy travel to virtually anywhere in the valley. Food, shopping etc.. all close by.
