Easy checkin for our 8-night stay. It was in a location that made it somewhat central for the places we wanted to go. The neighborhood was nice. Pictues make it look a little better than reality. There were a few things missing when we arrived such as no extra toilet paper, no coffee pods, 5 light bulbs out and one bathroom sink drained very slowly. The hosts were very responsive and addressed these issues very quickly. The whole complex was nice, the unit was quiet, the air conditioning was great (it was over 100 most days during our visit), beds were comfortable,

The key pad didn’t work for 3 days. We had no wash cloths or hand towels for 3 days. It took 19 messages and a threat to leave and get our money back before anything was done. I finally ask when the batteries to the key pad had been replaced. We received batteries the next day. One sink didn’t drain properly. Flooring needed to be replaced.

While the hosts were easy to work with, the accommodations were sub par. The apartment was moderately clean, the bedding (sheets) did not adequately cover the mattress, the sliding door to the balcony was off track and did not easily slide, and the patio furniture was ripped and dirty. Additionally, the sink in the second bathroom did not drain easily and needs to be snaked or cleaned out! We were very disappointed and after three weeks, would not recommend this unit to future VRBO guests.On the plus side, the location is pretty central to getting around Phoenix so that was nice. Sorry we can’t give a better review, but we were sorely disappointed especially for what we paid!

I am giving 5 stars to the host of this property, not to the property itself. We were very disappointed in the state of the property upon check in, and the longer we were there, the more problems we encountered. I reached out to the host and they responded quickly to offer solutions. We did end up checking out after only one night since the host offered a full refund for the unused nights, which was very much appreciated. I have never encountered an issue like this using vrbo, so I am very pleased that this host was easy to work with. They understood that we did not feel comfortable and did not feel that we were getting what was advertised or a good value for our money. I would recommend this host, but unfortunately not this property.
