The Luxury Old City home was just that. Everything from the location to the directions for check-in up to the check out were spot on! Definitely a place I will use again the next time the EAGLES win a super bowl.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
The stay was amazing Lots of restaurants within walking distance. My only ossue was parking. The free parking was a 5min drive which was unacceptable because family had a tough time finding parking For that reason alone i would not rent this place again. The place was absolutely beautiful
House was large, well furnished, and a nice location. We were very comfortable and would stay again. The advertising parking is rather inconvenient. The third floor bathroom design is basically an open shower in a small space, which lead to cold shower flooded bathroom floors. They should just add full size glass.
This location is fantastic!! Short walking distance to EVERYTHING historic about Philadelphia. Be ready for a leg workout with all the stairs. 😀 We had missing lights when we arrived, but management responded immediately and fixed it that same day.
Would recommend this location 100%
This home was exactly as described in the listing. Communication was excellent - Owner reached out to me upon arrival and kept in touch during the stay. The only drawback I could think of is if you are not good with stairs - there are 5 levels, counting rooftop area. There are plenty of places to eat and drink in the neighborhood...you won't be disappointed here.
If I ever need to return to Philly, I will look for this property again!
I loved everything about this place! The location was amazing! I went with my 74 year old mother and two kids, ages 13 and 8, and we all had so much fun!! There are stairs but that’s what you deal with in this historic area. The best coffee I’ve ever had was from a shop called Cour di Caffe and it’s so close to the house. I can’t say how close by because we DoorDashed it. It was probably around the corner! My mother actually called the owner of the shop to find out where they bought their coffee. Parking was fine. It was a 6 min walk to the garage and then I’d return to the house to pick everyone up. The parking garage employees were so incredibly kind and helpful. The last time I had been to Phili I must have been a teenager in the ‘90’s?!! I didn’t realize you have to get tickets to see things now. Back in my day, we just walked up to independence hall. Everything was booked. So plan ahead!!!
