The tub filled up with water when showering, the bathroom door lock was broken, and had the A/C set to 60 with the fan on high but the room was still not cooling down. Asked for service but it never happened. Finally received new towels on my 3rd night after asking 4 times. Very disappointed in my stay this time, never had issue with my previous stays.

Unfortunately the room I booked was unavailable and I got a queen room instead of a king. Thus , the bed was small for my height.

Good hotel. Room wasnt cleaned well. Found lots of hair in the batbroom. Made us pay for parking even if we were staying there.

Waited an hour for the airport shuttle. It came twice but didn’t slow down at the stop. We even chased it. Ended up going to the airport Marriott for fear we wouldn’t be able to get back to the airport. I hope they’ll give a refund

unwelcoming check in after a long flight from Athens , no hand soap. No regular coffee. Excellent bed, wonderful decor, Poor shower head. Not worth the money. Not up to par for a Marriott property. Better to stay at a cheap motel that doesnt pretend to be an upscale property, staff attitude was indifferent, embarrassing to be a “guest

Comfortable room. Excellent service. Great comfort food and drinks at lounge restaurant.

Very nice hotel. Location secluded but perfect for an overnight airport stay.,

Service was amazing so was everything else Thk u so much to the staff

I was asked to pay $12 for parking when I'm checking in. I told him that I have never paid parking fee when I stay in any hotel. Upon the clerk trying to justify the parking fee, the manager overheard the conversation and waived the fee. The manager was very kind and gentle to explain that it's Marriott 's policy. Next time even though I like Marriot, if there's a parking fee,, I will not stay at any Marriot. The parking fee should be disclosed upfront.

Front desk lady was very rude

Paid $12.00 for parking even though we stayed overnight.

Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel exterior is stunning and the interior has been fully renovated. Surrounded by water and wildlife is an oasis of peace.

When I arrive to the property after calling the night before about early check in and the fact that i was driving from Charlotte to attend my grandmothers funeral (which i missed by the way) I arrive and explained my situation again the lady at the front Desk who is very rude by the way told me to wait outside for 20 minutes and she will call me with my early check in never called I ended up having to go back in for a different lady who was nice to tell me that there will be no possible way to check in before four and that’s fine i understand that there was no Guarantee however that is what the First Lady should of told me and i would have made other arrangements when i first got there instead of waiting around for her but all in all it definitely put a damper on my trip and if i had another place to stay i would have left this hotel

Our bathroom door was a trap but other than that, we loved our hotel room.

Great room
