The clerk was on the phone for 15 minutes while we were waiting to check in. The walls are paper thin and there were people running through the halls until at least 3 am. Calls to the front desk did absolutely nothing.

The room was clean and looked like the photos. The reception staff was pleasant. It was very quiet considering it’s in University City on Chestnut. I did not use the kitchen it it appeared to be stocked as listed. Free hot water/teabags/coffee/creamer etc in the lobby. I did use the washer/dryer and they worked perfectly. In the city to visit daughter and I’d definitely stay there again.

The staff was excellent. Front Desk was really nice and accommodating. My gripe was the thin walls and floors. You can hear the person above you walking up and down like they had boots on. It made it harder to sleep. And there were kids running back and forth in the hallway. My wife had to walk out and say something. Other than that the room was decent.

Very Clean & Spacious Flat. So Easy to get around the city from this location, even with all the snow. BONUS: Philly drivers are considerate and accommodating to sudden lane disappearances. Valet was quick retrieving my car. Will be back when it’s warmer.
