While this studio is attached to our primary residence, your ultimate privacy is assured.

Living & Sleeping: The main space features a comfortable Queen bed and a cozy nook with a desk and Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work. The TV conveniently swings around, allowing you to watch from bed.

Kitchenette: The compact kitchenette is ideal for light meal preparation. It includes a microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, and dryer. Please note, there is no oven or stove.

Bathroom: A separate, private bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and vanity.

Outdoor Patio: Step outside to your own private paved area, complete with a small table and chairs. It's the perfect spot to sip a glass of wine and take in the tranquility of the river and lush surrounds.
