We were in Perth for our daughters birthday and after contacting them for a a heads up the team went above and beyond for this occasion. The front end manager upgraded our stay and the room was decorated with confetti and balloons for her entrance to the room. Francesca from Sen5es restaurant was absolutely fantastic with the service her team provided us and the food was delicious. They made my daughter and us feel welcomed from the start. Couldn’t fault the whole experience and do encourage a stay at Novotel Perth.

This hotel is close to Perth City, the Swan River and work location. The rooms ar3 good, staff lovely and the Irish pub has a relaxed atmosphere. Walking distance to many locations or public transport pretty much just outside the door.

I was staying at this hotel as a crew for one night and already had enough. It's a noisy hotel, I could hear people talking and laughing, plus I suggest you don't place crew next to elevators, where we can hear all people coming and leaving, as we need to rest. The room was too cold, termometer didn't work, I've caught a cold because of that. Switch on/off buttons are another tricky thing, one has to try and fail before you figure out how to turn off a table lamp. Last but not least, it's very unhygienic to place clean bathroom towels next to the bathroom rug. Please improve at least this one. Thank you.

Great food, very good service and knowledge of beverage and the menu by Francesca. Booked late so didnt get a window seat or booth but that is only criticism. Very enjoyable night and being Accor member good value!

The rooms were just average but the service is wonderful, from what I've experienced. But my most favorite part was the food. A wide variety of food with large servings. Fenians Pub is a nice place to hangout.there's a convenient store nearby and it's near Perth Mint. It's not too far as well from the centre.

My husband stayed here for two nights for business and left an expensive Bose speaker behind on checking out. He recalls seeing it on the bed whilst packing. When he returned home he called to check if it had been found, however, surpringly, it was no where to be found. I don't understand how it could not be located as they would know who had been in that room prior to check out. Why wouldn't you contact the person who was in that room to notify them if am expensive item had been left behind. Disappointed that an expensive item that was definitely in the room can conveniently go missing.

Service was brilliant very clean wonderful friendly and accommodating staff members. The breakfast was delicious and excellent value. The view was pleasing although it was masked by outside dirty windows. On our next trip to Perth we are planing to stay again.

Was here for 3 nights. Rooms were decent, has all the basics. Service was top notch though, especially the front desk. Place is very child friendly; there was a small play area in the lobby, a playground was just a min away, the waterside was a couple mins across, and Elizabeth Quay is just a breezy 15 mins along the waterside. It sits just out of the CBD area so the roads aren't very congested, great for a family vacation.

Always great service and fabulous breakfast not to mention cheap price. Will always stay here when staying in Perth,it was our daughters birthday during our stay and the staff went out of there way to decorate our room with ballons etc. They also got her a little gift which she loved as well as a signed card from a lot of staff members.

Another great stay. Efficient and friendly check-in with Lea (trainee). Upgraded to a lovely spacious suite overlooking the Swan River - very well appointed and great for small time entertaining with a little bar/kitchen area and full lounge suite. Dinner in Sen5es delicious as usual and well attended by Niel. Used the hotel car park for the first time - spots are a bit squeezy but no problem getting one or access/exit. Check out done by email for invoice - super easy.
