Worst customer service ever.the desk clerk was so unbelievably rude while I was trying to book in I left do yourselves a favour an go somewhere else Ladder in foyer with painter sitting on the floor an refused to move it we had to go under it Disgrceful

Stayed there for two nights, while I had various tests done at hospital - the rooms were clean and well fitted, and the bed was very comfortable indeed. Just out of the Central Business District of Perth, and very close to the major hospitals. Good value.

We had a horrible experience at this motel. We booked for 2 nights (2 adults and one child). The second night we had left a couple of chairs outside our room and forgotten to take them inside. At 1045pm!! the ‘manager’ Ross bangs loudly on the door!!! Our child was sleeping at that time. I got up with a fright! The bangs were so loud that it felt as if there was an extreme emergency or something! I am not kidding, they were so loud that it felt as if the authorities were at the door. I opened the door and he shouts at me ,’ You can’t leave the chairs outside’. I said sorry and took the chairs back in. My son who has severe disability woke up and we didn’t sleep well that night. We left the next day, luckily since it was our last night there! Seriously this Ross guy needs to learn about hospitality and politeness before running a motel. He seems to be in the wrong profession i.e hospitality business. We would never go back to that motel again and advise others to think long and hard prior to booking here and avoid staying atthat motel!!

We stayed for 4 nites. Basic accommodation but great value for money. Room was spotless with the basics that you need on arrival. The bed was lovely and firm just what I needed for a sore back. The room was cleaned daily and tea, coffee and milk restocked daily. Pool in complex was clean and inviting just a tad cold when we went for a swim. Staff were always happy friendly and very helpful. Bus stop out the front. Would highly recommend. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We stayed here for a night after attending the Moonlight Cinema at Kings Park. Our Room was facing Thomas street with a view to Kings Park and had no road noise at all. Bed was comfortable, good shower and fridge. Also free parking was a bonus. It is a older property though well maintained and clean. 10 minute walk to the Moonlight cinema and 15 minute walk down Rokeby road into Subi. Great location

I stayed at this motel while my husband was in hospital. The motel, and s shown as a 3.5 motel and that is what it is. It doesn't have swimming pool, cafe/restaurant. It is a good old fashioned motel. I certainly would recommend the motel and will stay there again if the need arises. Staff were helpful and made me feel welcome. The room was clean and had all that I needed including crockery and cutlery. Ample off-road parking. Most importantly I felt safe. Thanks to the management for a good stay.

An older-style yet completely modern motel, superbly located within minutes of many great shops, restaurants and attractions. Great staff, great value for money. I have stayed there many times and will continue to do so.

Handy location for 2 nights stay for recent visit due to appintment at PCH. Stayed in a recently refurbished deluxe twin room. Neat, tidy and well presented room with the usual bits and pieces supplied. Reasonable priced and easy checkin/out. Good sized room fridge with small milk supplied for teas and coffees. Would recommend to anyone needing to be this side of town.

This motel is in a perfect position, directly opposite Kings Park and so close to Subi’s restaurants, the 24 hour Shenton Park IGA, chemist, bottleshop, postoffice etc. Clean and comfortable too. Major hospitals within a few minutes drive was my reason for staying and when I needed extra nights as an emergency, the staff could not have been more helpful.

Room was very clean and comfortable. We had a great room for a great price for a overnight stay for myself and 12 year old son. Basic breakfast can be delivered in the morning (Toast/Cereal $7ea) so we didn’t have to worry about finding something to eat. Hot shower and comfy bed.....Would definitely stay here again, as so close to all the hospitals and Kings Park for some R&R.
