This is the second time I’ve been here to breakfast. I have a SALT issue - I have a balance disorder and can’t eat ANY salt SO Needless to say I have to be careful with pre-cooked buffet food. I discussed this with the Chef and Restaurant Manager and both agreed I needed to order a couple of salt free special dishes! Fabulous! The omelet was superb - tasty and fresh! Most obliging and considerate were the wait staff and prices are commensurate with other similar hotels around the place. A very good experience with lots of choice!

Friendly staff but overwhelmed when hotel busy. Rooms need a major upgrade with old fixtures/TV/towels and robes. Good quality/choice of breakfast but items not replenished repeatedly. Good gym with modern equipment. Ideal location for Conference centre but not the quality I expect of a Hilton.

Very happy with the clean rooms, friendly staff and the restaurant. The meals were excellent and were not too expensive. The breakfast was amongst the best I've experienced. I would definitely stay here again.

The suite room we stayed in was extremely comfortable and spacious. The staff was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here during any future visits to Perth. Checkout time of 12 pm is definitely helpul for visitors having flights out later in the day.

To call this 5* is a joke - will never be staying with Hilton again anywhere! Overpriced & not good enough for price 1. we arrived at check in time - were told 45 mins, came back over an hr & room still wasn't ready - we were 'upgraded' but for what we were paying I don't know what we would've gotten! 2. it was a work site for the whole time we were there-drilling above, below & next to us (we only found out about AFTER paying & checking in) 3. Restaurant - dirty (fluff/hair/dust), bar flies & extremely over priced for what it was - go into city for great meals NOT Adelphi bar! 4. PRIVACY VIOLATION- emailed us someone else's invoice with credit card details, address and full name and when we called manager re concern he was dismissive and surly. 5. Charged us for breakfast when we didn't get breakfast - automatically cancelled when i called and queried - a money grab? 6. Only good thing was a guy called Ben who spent 15/20 minutes talking us through where to go in Perth & Margaret River! Will now only stay Intercontinental and/or Pullman!!

Our stay at this Hotel was not intended but due to availability this is were we finished up. As it was a very important occasion ie., our Wedding Anniversary I booked a nice suite and asked for large amounts of Roses and Champagne to be in our room on arrival. It was a wonderful experience! surpassed our expectation.

The service from the frontliners ie check in and concierge teams were nice. The concierge helped to arrange Pinnacles tour for me and my friend. Check and recheck to ensure the booking was right. The disturbing part is on the room cleaning which the house keeping did not make up our bed. Not sure whether it was the arrangement for guests who stayed for more than 1 night. Perhaps this is something that the hotel needs to ensure. >>TK

The Parmelia Hilton in Perth provides the standards and comfort expected from the brand. Well located in the CBD, close to business centre and good restaurants. Breakfast at Adelphi restaurant has a very wide range of breakfast options and I enjoyed the continental breakfast.

customer service was good. had a late check in but they were expecting me. a bit crowded at the front desk with only a couple people working. Although polite bar/food area was overcrowded. Not much of a view of the city from a king suite room but the room was in great shape

It's near the office and everyone I see friendly and helpful. I'm a regular here and enjoy the food in the restaurant. I had the Kangaroo and it was delicious. Looking forward to my next stay in a month. Chrs.
