Needed a place near the hodpital in Bronxville. This place was perfect for our needs. The only issue was the TV didnt work all that well - though it was a new large screen smart TV, it froze up when tryi g to stream. Staff was really helpful in supplying an alternate remote, but it may be a network issue. The breakfast was really nice. Lots if resauranrs nearby who could deliver "room service."

The sliding door to the bathroom was so noisy and squeaky that, for a moment, it was hilarious. That the staff and maintenance allowed this to remain as bad as it was speaks volumes about how Marriot views their obligations to their handicapped customers. Pretty bad. I made a video, wish there was an option to include it.

I came in at night at about 11:50 pm to the hotel. I asked him, Please, can I have a bottle of water. He said you are not a high-level member. You booked your room through 3rd party. You will not get water. I told him the cost of water is 10 cents to Marriott. He said this Marriott policy.

The hotel was nicely furnished. The staff were courteous. The room was large; it had a double sofa bed, king bed, large bathroom, and a coffee station, with microwave and mini fridge. However, there were problems. You have to press a button inside the mini fridge to keep it cold. On the third morning, there was a bad smell, possibly a dead mouse, coming from the hallway. Also, the room was totally not clean. I did not see the old popcorn under the bed until I was packing to leave and the side arm of the sofa bed was dirty.
