From the moment we checked in everyone so helpful and friendly, especially Chiquita who went out of her way to help. Rooms clean , spacious and very quiet. Breakfast amazing, can't wait to stay here again.

The cleaning was good in the first two days of our stay ,but there were missing tasks in cleaning for rest of stay.Lifts are old now, small and slow .Hotel cafe does not have much options even simple things like banana bread.

Italian woman at the front desk was very helpful during check in and directed us very well for parking and room. Had a room on the 2nd floor. Very clean, TV worked fine. Found the shower sometimes randomly got hot or cold. Location was good and the non valet larking is just over the road.
