Great location within walking distance of many sights in Perth, as well as coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. (No idea what national park you're referring to in your questionnaire!) The apartment was comfortable but perhaps a bit dated, especially the bathroom. We did no cooking so can't comment on the kitchen. Overall would recommend this as a place to stay.

Overall, the apartment and inclusions were to the right standard apart from the curtain blind that could not be rolled up. Communication on this was missed until a second message was sent. We checked out before a maintenance officer was due to come over.

Hit the spot
The location was perfect for us as we did a bit of sightseeing (CAT bus on Hay St), plus our chosen bars/restaurants we chose were within easy walking distance.
However the constant nagging by the property manager with the check in/check out by email and text was annoying. The convoluted check in process needs to be streamlined and "Australianised" (it was obviously written in the US). I found it clunky but excellent communication with the property manager to get me through the process but was very good.
Would we stay there again? No. The hoops you have to jump through just to check in is not worth it.

Amazing stay
I was there for over a week and it felt safe and very clean. The location was very near a lot of stores and malls and groceries so it was very convenient.
I loved it and would definitely go back to this amazingly modern apartment.
