nice hotel close to city would go again nice view from the balcony

Within free bus zone in Perth CBD. 1 of the best hotels as well as serviced apartments in Perth.

Needs to change ambient scent. Too overpowering and headache inducing. Very noisy w doors if you're in a suite that can be joined. Plus is public transport convenience

This hotel exceeded my expectation!!! I went to visit my husband while he was in port while on deployment and this hotel gave us comfort and a quiet time together. Even after returning to the states we thought the headboard was just the way it was but once the staff realized it was loose they called to make sure nothing happened and gave us their sincere apologizes!! If we ever return to Australia I will definitely be staying here again!!!

A very modern hotel centrally located across from a nice park and the river. The people very nice, though a gave us a dark room at 1st we bitched, and they up graded us to a suite for 30 bucks more, a $30 AU cab ride from the airport

I stayed in one bedroom suite which completes with everything ranging from washing machine, dryer to dish washer & etc. It is just like another home, a better one. The layout, view, comfort & cleanliness are no doubt the best so far based on my past 2 years travel stay in Perth. I've stayed in other 5 stars hotels in Perth but they are nothing compared to Fraser Suites Perth.

Excellent staff, upgraded us to a superior room. Great view.

Stayed four nights while on a business trip. Not exactly convenient for CBD meetings, on the very eastern end of Adelaide Terrace, but rear facing rooms overlook the WACA and I watched the Perth vs. Melbourne semi-final from my hotel room. Rooms clean and comfortable, though false fire alarm one evening may be indication still working the kinks out of relatively new hotel.
